Ingredients needed
* 1 pot of natural yoghurt
* 2 lemons

* 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
Preparation
* Mix 1 pot of natural yoghurt with the zest of 2 lemons and 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
How do the massage
* When bathing, massage the cellulite affected parts with vegetable loofah for a few minutes. Dry the skin and apply a thin layer of the cream of yogurt. Let stand for 20 minutes. Then rinse with water and wipe with a moisturizer
